Terms of payment: payment in advance

Shipping with DHL in Germany is currently €9.90 for a package up to 5 kg, for EU countries and Switzerland

€14.90 charged. All prices in the online shop are plus this shipping fee.

The delivery time is usually between 3 and a maximum of 7 working days.

For orders outside of Europe, a shipping fee of €39.90 will be charged.

The delivery time can take longer here, depending on the destination country up to 14 days.

Orders are usually ready to ship within 2 to 3 days.

In the case of a return, the buyer pays the return costs.

Important NOTE:

Deviations in color and size from the photos as well as the occurrence of small bubbles and streaks cannot be ruled out, they are part of the manual craftsmanship. Therefore, they cannot justify a complaint. All handcrafted glasses have a navel in the bottom of the glass (tear glass)

this is not a mistake, but the distinctive sign of handmade glasses.
